Charter School Rally
The event is free and open to the public. Leaders from New Hope - will share information about the school and the importance of choice in education, according to a news release. Local officials and representatives of Students First, a national education reform organization, are expected to attend.

On Feb. 23, the York City School Board is expected to make a decision on not renewing New Hope's charter for another five years. A public hearing on "nonrenewal" is set for 5:30 p.m. Feb. 23. in the board meeting room, 31 N. Pershing Ave., York.
